In addition, When you put on that bomber jacket 3 things will still be
certain: When you step off a boat in the middle of the ocean you will sink,
you will still need the bathroom vent fan's in your house and based on your
comment at the end, you will still need to attend Workforce Diversity
Training.

Just because you have a CCIE does not mean you are a good business person.
Individuals do not get incorporated Companies do, that means you need
officers of the Corporation (more people to dip their hand in your pockets),
you will be doing very little CCIE work, the majority of the time you will
be doing business plan, contracts, marketing, sales, people management,
customer management, project management, bookkeeping, meeting with your
accountant 4-5 times a year(at 500 bucks a pop), taxes , billing and
collection, etc. You will have more stress than you EVER imagined. Instead
of a $25,000 sign on you will have to figure out how to come up with the
employment tax payments to the fed, tax estimate payments quarterly, workers
comp, high priced health insurance(because it is not group), retirement (boy
that 401k match looks good now) and don't forget the self-employment tax (I
think it 2.8% or what you and your company are paying for Social Security).
You open yourself up to lawsuits after they break down the speed bump of
Incorporation unless you put a very good lawyer on retainer(and their rates
are higher than CCIE).

You will always have to be selling, because at CCIE rates no company is ever
going to give you a nice office that you can hang pictures in AND on top of
that you had better PUCKER up those lips !!!!!!!!!! You will be kissing more
than the ground a CCIE walks on......

OBTHW: The majority of startup business fail in the first 2 years, then you
can use the $25,000 sign on to pay all the bills you are left with.

You think your eyes are starry now ........................
